Security is often treated as an entry-level role with a narrow scope of duties limited primarily to basic reporting and access control with few options for tailored, high-level service. We recognized the need for a more integrated approach: a security partner that works directly with business leadership to design site-specific SOPs, risk protocols, and operational workflows. Our guards have wide skillsets from CPR, First Responder, and Conflict Resolution training. By collaborating with management and frontline personnel, we streamline daily operations while building long-term partnerships supported by consistent, static staffing and minimal turnover allowing trusted relationships and institutional knowledge to develop over time

ESS Offers a wide range of services from consultations, armed/unarmed security officers on site, alarm response, private events, and personel security.
What are the rates for service?
Rates vary depending on the needs and scope of the service and assumption of liability from the task(s) ranging from $32/hr to $81/hr. Our services require a comprehensive review of your interior protocols and this allows us to ensure high quality officers can consistently meet your needs no matter the task. Why do ESS Officers wear a specific uniform?
ESS prioritizes a ‘strength through silence’ approach. ESS officers wear a business – formal attire to emphasize professionalism and authority while maintaining discretion. This eliminates public distraction and presumption of a potentially hostile environment that ‘requires’ security to be present.
Visible ID cards and badges signal credentials and position while ensuring your patrons are not distracted by our presence or duties.
What areas does ESS operate?
ESS is a newly developed company beginning its operations in the Southern Maine and New Hampshire area with plans to expand alongside services and scope. If you are outside of this area, please still feel free to contact us.
What makes your services ‘curated’ and different from others?
ESS prioritizes knowledge and cooperation to execute duties that do not distract or consume resources from your company. ESS officers are trained in your internal protocols to operate independently without requiring guidance from individual’s on site. This ensures your staff can perform their duties without having to ‘manage’ another staff member and be supported in both emergency and day-to-day operations.

ESS Officers receive increased pay for the following:
-Pass a brief fitness test
-Maintaining a current CPR Certification
-Maintaining a current Emergency Response Certification
-Performing armed duties
-All officers are required to complete Crisis Prevention & Intervention training, De-escelation training, Incident report writing & evidence preservation traing, and site specific emergency evacuation training.
